I can say with clarity that the plant path is not an easy one. Working with powerful plants like Wachuma and Ayahuasca are initiations in and of themselves, especially when it comes to dieting.
By using the word dieta, one points to the mysterious practice of communion with plant spirits through ingestion and focused awareness that is aided by refraining from specific foods and activities for a set period of time.
